Our model
A network built small to grow well.
Fast Leaf converts industrial warehouse space into identical, side-by-side micro-cultivation units, each run to the same playbook. Eighteen units in Phase 1, eight licensed and producing today. One standard, repeated.
-
01
Standardized grow pods
Five-room cultivation units with 200 m² of canopy. Identical SOPs, environmental parameters, and compliance protocols across every unit.

Centralized cultivation
Our cultivation team grows on behalf of each site owner. A shared labour pool, consistent training, and one quality bar across the network.

Agrotek and Aroya environmental controls with pre-set parameters per cultivar. Temperature, humidity, lighting, and spacing are optimized automatically.
