By accessing or using fastleafinc.ca (the "site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to purchase or possess cannabis in your province or territory (19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta and Quebec). Entry to the site requires verification through our age gate. By passing through it, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and that the information you provided is true.

The site contains information about cannabis and is intended for adult buyers, partners, regulators, and prospective employees. It is not directed at minors and not intended to promote consumption.

3. Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful informational and commercial inquiry purposes. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your age, location, or identity.
• Use the site to violate any applicable law, including the Cannabis Act.

7. No warranty

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the site or its content. Information about cultivars, including potency, terpene profile, and effects, is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical or therapeutic advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Leaf, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Leaf and its representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above.
