About Fast Leaf
27 sites. One standard.
Centrally run.
Fast Leaf is a network of licensed micro-cultivation sites. Each location is independently owned but operated to a single playbook, with centralized sales, quality, compliance, and procurement. The result: craft-scale grows with production-scale consistency.
The franchisee model
Local ownership, central operations.
Each Fast Leaf site is owned and operated by a regional partner who lives close to the grow. They run their building. We run the network.
Sales, compliance, genetics, procurement, scientific oversight, and quality assurance are managed centrally. Partners get the upside of small ownership without rebuilding the back office twenty-seven times. Buyers get a single point of contact and uniform output across the network.
-
01
Central sales
One commercial team. Buyer relationships, contracts, and allocations are handled out of head office.
-
02
Central quality & compliance
GACP, EU-GMP readiness, and Health Canada reporting are managed by the network, not the partner.
-
03
Central genetics
Tightly held breeding program. Cultivars are allocated to sites based on room fit and trial performance.
-
04
Local cultivation
One genetic per site. Partner-owner on-site every day. Rooms tuned, hands on the plants.
A typical Fast Leaf site
One layout. Twenty-seven times over.
Every Fast Leaf cultivation site is built to the same blueprint. Same room configuration, same equipment specifications, same standard operating procedures. The photos below show one representative location.
Exterior
Purpose-built micro-cultivation building. Single-story footprint with secure perimeter, dedicated mother room, flower rooms, and post-harvest processing.
Overhead view · 45 Beards Lane
Head office and reference facility. Dundas Street to the north, Beards Lane to the west. Over 200,000 square feet on a secured pad with vehicle access on both road frontages.
Interior cultivation spaces
Shared room blueprint. Each flower room runs a single cultivar, on a single light schedule, with environmental controls calibrated to that genetic.
